By contracting any service with Mares Living, the client accepts the conditions described in this policy.

2. Nature of the services

Mares Living offers property management and administration services for short-term rentals, which include consulting, operational management, guest services, cleaning coordination, and optimization of listings on digital platforms.

Due to the nature of these services, many of them involve operational management, administrative work and coordination with third parties, so not all services are eligible for refund.

3. Non-refundable services

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Services that have already been fully or partially executed.

  • Fees for management, administration or consulting services already provided.

  • Costs derived from third-party services (cleaning, maintenance, photography, platforms, among others).

  • Cancellations made outside the deadlines established in the service contract.

4. Refund request

If a customer believes there is a situation that justifies a refund, they must submit their request in writing through:

  • Customer name

  • Service contracted

  • Hiring date

  • Detailed reason for the request

Mares Living will evaluate each application individually.

5. Evaluation of applications

Refund requests will be reviewed by the Mares Living team and evaluated considering:

  • The type of service contracted

  • The service execution status

  • Operating costs already incurred

  • The conditions established in the corresponding contract

The final decision will be communicated to the client within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Refund method

In the event that a refund is approved, it will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless both parties agree otherwise.

The estimated time to process a refund may vary depending on the payment method and the financial institutions involved.

7. Service cancellations

Service cancellations must be made in advance and in accordance with the conditions established in the specific contract between the client and Mares Living.

Late cancellations may involve administrative charges or the inability to issue a refund.

8. Policy modifications

Mares Living reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, effective from its publication on this website.
